Language and Culture for Green Industry Professionals – Part I

A familiarity with
Spanish is a necessity for landscaping professionals. Participants are
sorted into beginner and intermediate levels and divided between the two
instructors. Learn basic Spanish conversations (numbers, dates, times,
common directions and questions) as well as phrases for landscaping
professionals. Explore the culture of Spanish-speaking countries from
South America to Mexico and learn retention tips for remembering Spanish
phrases.

Join us for Part II of
this Spanish course designed specifically for the green industry. This
session introduces Spanish vocabulary and phrases for horticulture
professionals, including sentences that cover safety topics. A better
understanding of the diversity of cultures from Spanish-speaking
countries helps everyone handle diversity issues and creates a happier
work environment. Our instructor is available to answer your real-life
questions. Small group conversation practice is included.
